I loved the champagne at breakfast. It's a special touch that sets the tone for a splendid morning. The self-serve honesty bar created a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in good place near the city center. It is only 5- minute walk to Naschmarket where you can find a lot of restaurants. Staff was helpfull and pleasant. Free tea and coffee, fridge and microwave.
The breakfast was poor without warm dishes.

The location was really good. You can reach the downtown (say, Opera) in 10 mins walk. The stuff is very friendly, helpful and all speak good English.
As pretty much in any hotel in Austria, it is not possible to control the room temperature.

We thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal dishes nearby, especially at Gastwirtschaft Rohrbock, just steps away. The quirky decor of the room was like our own cozy little hideaway, and the hospitality. Easy access to local eateries like Mezzo Roma for amazing pasta was a culinary dream.
While some staff only spoke English, we managed to get by.

Very good one, close to the city center, just on the Karlplatz. Very easy to find. Reception hours work from 7am to 12pm and from 5pm to 8pm, if you arrived outside of these hours then you need a special code to open the door, very interesting decision but we were first confused as did not check the email prior to arrival, so I would recommend you to check it.Overall very good one, clean and nice, free breakfast which is ok in quality

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Naschmarkt and a short stroll from the State Opera House. The breakfast options were good, especially the made-to-order eggs and the lovely touch of champagne. Spacious rooms with cozy decor.
Small bathroom.

The room smelled oddly, and running the shower only improved it a little. The staff seemed unconcerned about offering any champagne, despite the name. It's hard to enjoy a 'luxury' stay when clearly no one cares. Honestly, i'd almost reccommend it but just couldn't, honestly!

I have stayed in this pension for one night only. The staff seemed to be very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is only two minutes walking distance from the Karlsplatz which has a subway station, and actually it is close to most important sightseeing places, which one can reach on foot too. The breakfast was decent too. All in all,it is not a fancy place but I would recommend this hotel. definitely a good value for the money.
